Services Provisional bookings can be held for a period of 24 hours from the point of contact before purchasing a service. This allows the client and the stylist to check and confirm availability.
Methods of Payment Full payments for all services are due at the time of booking. Payment can be made via Pay Pal payment, by cash or by bank transfer.
Once your payment has cleared a confirmation email will be sent.
On occasions services may be updated or altered. Please be aware that once a service has been purchased the service will be carried out in accordance with the information provided at the time of purchase.
Shopping / Purchases Breaks may be taken during the duration of the service, however these are not chargeable. Clients will be requested to pay for their own meals, snacks and beverage (3 hour service maximum break 20 minutes and for a 6 hour service maximum break 30 minutes).
All items purchased by the client are on a recommendation and suggestion basis only by the stylist. The stylist does not hold any responsibility with regards to the purchasing of items or shall not be held accountable for the return of faulty or unsuitable items.
The stylist shall not be held liable for any allergic reaction to materials, fastenings or accessories purchased by the client.
As all information is given on a personal recommendation and suggestion basis the client fully accepts this is how the service is conducted and given.
Rescheduling In the event that a service requires rescheduling this can be done twice without a charge. However, further rescheduling after the second time will be charged at £25 per reschedule for all services.
Cancellation All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service is due to take place. If more than 48 hours is given an administration fee of £20 will be deducted from your service fee (please refer to the specific service charges). If the cancellation period is less than 48 hours any refund will be at the discretion of the stylist. All cancelations must either be made via email or text.
The stylist reserves the right to make amendments to the scheduled service at any time. This may be in the form of a cancelation, refusal to undertake the service or in a change to the scheduled date, time and location. The stylist is not liable for any consequential losses.
Liability The stylist shall not be held liable for any costs, damages or losses allegedly incurred by the client in any circumstances, including indirect loss.
Gift Packages In addition to the standard terms and conditions the following clauses apply:
Once the gift holder has received their certificate a suitable time, date and locating will need to be arranged. Please contact me on 07853 278 397 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to make the relevant arrangements.
All bookings are non-refundable. However, services can be transferred to another person under the stylist’s discretion. If a transfer is required please give a minimum of 14 days’ notice to ensure that new paperwork can be supplied to the transferee.
Certificate Expiry All gift certificates are valid for a period of six months from the date of purchase.
